Blackmore's Night - Under a Violet Moon (2006) Retail CD
Description
Comes packaged with a beautifully illustrated violet tinted booklet. Most of the tracks are fairly standard Blackmore's Night acoustic mediaeval folk songs with the title track being the only outstanding one. Ritchie only uses his strat on "Gone with the wind" and "Self Portrait" is an acoustic version of the old Rainbow track. I own and enjoy all the band's albums. This is the only one I find slightly disappointing.
