Description
How do you follow up one of the best albums ever recorded? Carole King was the woman who had to do this and in my eyes she pulled it off. Using a similar formula to the excellent Tapestry, Carole takes a mixture of Toni Stern and Gerry Goffin collaberations with some self penned songs. The album uses more of a RnB sound and vibe and still keeping that singer songwriter sound. The album did manage the number 1 success as tapestry and did manage to shift loads of copies of course it wasn't nowhere as near as much as Tapestry but not many many albums have.
