I was a Jeff Beck fan the instant I first heard Star Cycle and The Pump in the 80's, then I bought this ... and it still makes me smile when I play this CD in the car going to work even today!Yep, perhaps JB and JH get caught in the mangle a few times when they go off on their solos, and colide gloriously - but you know what? It doesn't matter one jot! They're both really going for it, on stage, live, without a net! Taking risks! Some pay off. Some don't.This recording still sounds fresh to me after all these years - I would have loved to have been there! Buy it and let it make you smile!
