Description

The main feature on this dvd is a 15 song performance of the band's 1985 tour of Japan, the Live In Osaka `85 VHS documentary. It's not entirely a concert dvd, and the fact is NOT stated on the box. Pity, coz it's well shot with several camera angles and the sound is very good and can be cranked up ( alot coz it[ recorded very low); a narrator intrudes on the intro to some songs . Most of what he says is lame and redundant like cheesily introducing the band and stating how great they are and how well they play. There are 2 videoclips and some more narration interspersed which somewhat affectsmore… the flow of the incredibly good live concert but who[ complaining ?! The performance is mind-blowing in intensity !! It's a great visual treat for the fans anyway despite being raw vhs footage not remastered or enhanced in any way. Plus, it's taken from a pretty battered tape to boot. Maybe to make up for this fact, the dvd is chock full of bonus features like videos to 7 songs, a pic gallery, a discography, etc, clocking in at aprox 120'. On the flipside, this dvd is a cd with a lot of cool unreleased audio material. Face it, this is the only decent live Accept official live on dvd and fans will drool over it, even casual ones like me.
