Dance It Off With Vicky Binns (2007) R2 Retail DVD
Description
This is probably the finest of all the new british workout dvds on the market. It is really easy to follow as there are no complicated dance steps, most of the moves are high impact so raising your heart rate and making you sweat. The music is great and it pushes you to put more energy into it. I cannot really see myself getting bored of this dvd. Well done Vicky you get 5 stars from me.
