I'm pleasantly surprised that this long-forgotten collection has lasted so well.Early pre-Beatles 60's British Pop is usually dimissed as crap. Sorry, but Adam, despite holding the record for Britain's shortest number 1(1:34 of What Do You want, had a healthy reputation then & many of his distinctively adenoidal vocals are still worth a listen.He also did a fair effort with B-sides & EP tracks-not everything is completely distinctive, but the beatnik lyrics & swingin' beat to the traditional When Johnny Comes Marching Home, and the delightful B-side Green finger brought back memories of Saturdaymore…
