Having parted company with the rest of SAHB who would have thought his imagination would still be as fired up to write such classy stuff as this? Alex is joined by be-bop sax stalwart Don Weller, delightful in the opening tune. Back in the Depot is another of his slow-start sudden acceleration ditties with some wonderfully weird instrumentation from Cang and Tommy Eyre. I havnae a clue about the lyrics, that secret's gone with Alex. Elsewhere there's some tribal rousing in Oh Spartacus (Simon Charterton on Drums) a well twisted stab at Shakin' All Over powered by Cang's demented echo pedal guitarmore…
