Description
Albert Hammond could be a member of the "people you didn't think you'd heard of but had really" club. His most successful song (written with Carol Bayer Sager) was "When I Need You", which the dimunitive Leo Sayer took to the top of the charts in the late 70s. This album has some great songs on it, and Hammond's voice is mellow and very easy on the ear. This is a nearly perfect "best of" album, and the only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because it doesn't have "Names, Tags, Numbers, Labels", which is my favourite Albert Hammond song... and irritatingly, the vinyl "best of" I was replacingmore…
