This video shows Bette Midler live on tour and i can not rave about it enough!It includes all of Bettes' classic songs and jokes and if you have never heard her jokes it is worth watching this film for them alone but be warned she can be quite blue-but funny all the same.Comparing it with the Divine Madness tour this one shows that some things never age and only get better,Bette herself looks fantastic and has no trouble at all keeping up with her new younger Harlettes(her backing group)This tour runs through Bettes whole career with her singing everyones favourites including Wind Beneath My Wingsmore…,The Rose,and From A Distance but it also includes what i think is her best performance ever of Stay With Me-it is truely amazing!And as always she performers as her alter ego Delores (a mermaid in a wheelchair)and yes it is as funny as it sounds. This video captures all of Bette Midlers classics as well as introducing new material showing that she still has a lot to give the industry!!
