this is a darker album than the majority of afi releases,the lyrics emphasise that fact,this was released in 1999 and wasnt a major seller but unlike alot of albums in the rock/metal genre of the same year this one is still a joy to listen too.the brilliance of afi lies in their ability to fuse punk with rock and through in chorus' that could make an angel throw down their harp and dance along to it,the band chants always ensure thats the case,the lyrics are dark but in the ebnd offer hope,its always good to read the lyrics from afi as they are genuine and heartfelt,davey is always capable ofmore…
