Well, it's finally arrived. The long-awaited 4th studio album from Ace of Base is here...and it's an absolute clonker! The overall sound of the album has matured and it's an improvement on the quartet's last album 'Flowers'. Don't get me wrong, 'Flowers' defined the late-90s sound but 'Da Capo' brings Ace of Base back into the limelight with a bang. Stand-out track 'Wonderful Life' (cover of the 1980's Black song) oozes class, as does 1st single 'Beautiful Morning' and 'Unspeakable'. Lyrics can sometimes appear a tad basic but this is more than made up in excellent production and sheer brilliancemore…
