Front 242 - Pulse (2003) Retail CD
Description
An ardent fan since the early days of "no comment" & "geography", I have always been impressed by their ability to improve with each release. The Double header of "05:22:09:12 Off" and "06:21:03:11 Up Evil" being superb.However, for me, Pulse is a step backwards.It opens with the dreary and repetitive multipart "SEQ666". Things pick up with "Together" and "triple x girfriend", which hark back to better (but not best) bits of "... Off". From there, its a gradual decline, with nothing realy stiking me as being a standout track.All in all, a disapointment. Worth getting if you're an avid fan, butmore…
