I have heard this album through in it's entirety and I can safely say it VERY good indeed!
The songs ARE more electronic than Paper Monsters and that is no bad thing. It's a very very good thing. it works. I can't wait for Dave to release more albums like this. Maybe Martin Gore should do a solo album of his own original material AND depeche mode. Or am I just being greedy.
The lead single Kingdom doesn't feel like it fits in when you listen to the other songs.
This is such an improvement over his previous album Paper Monsters. Imagine combining the ambience of Exciter with the electronic soundsmore…
