Description
Cheech and Chong (C&C), doing what they do best. Storyline? Oh yeah, the cops (stacy keach, and meatloaf!) are trying to catch the big time dope dealers C&C, selling from their n'ice cream van, well meatloaf is, stacy keach is more interested in trying out the captured contraband, which has some unusual side effects. While C&C are more interested in making enough money to finance their retirement dreams, but have numerous mishaps and adventures along the way. Including a mad trip for cheech in an insane asylum.
