The last album by The Monkees in the 60's-though they did record other material in the 70's, 80's and 90's( mainly Live stuff).This was completed largely just to fulfill the recording commitment to their label, and to be fair it does show a bit.The strongest songs on the album are those sung by Micky Dolenz-particularly, "It's Got To Be Love" "Acapulco Sun" and "Tell Me Love", all of which are slightly upbeat ballads.Some of the Davy Jones' songs are titles that did not make other earlier albums.An interesting collection in that it showed the musical direction each of the two remaining membersmore…
