I do not get this album at all. When the hideous song Genie In A Bottle is one of the highlights you know that you are onto a loser. I bought this having listened to and become a huge fan of Stripped - and if I had bought this first, I can assure you I would have not touched Stripped with a bargepole.The writing is insiduous and rhyming couplets to a tune is not a class song - there is a lack of emotion and feeling in this album. Yes Christina does her best, and nobody can argue that she is a talent, but her voice is not developed in this horrible debut, and the songs do not help her cause.more…
