Description
The album he made before "Comes Alive". The emphasis is very much on melody. The basic sound is acoustic guitar, supple rhythm section, tasteful electric guitar and Frampton's vocals, with occasional use of piano or even vibes to add more texture.The songs are uniformly excellent if a bit "polite". It's one of those albums where every song seems to lead naturally on to the next one, such is the consistent mood.And if you are worried about the overuse of the talk-box, he only uses it on "Show Me The Way".
