What attracted me to this album was a song played one morning by Terry Wogan on Radio 2, 'The Fool On The Hill'. Terry announced that the new album would be released quite soon afterwards so I kept watching out for it. Now that I have received it, I can't stop playing it. Barbara Dickson has provided us with a beautiful interpretation of some of the best Beatles ballads. Her interpretations are very different from the originals but equally as good. The arrangements are rich and warm - very easy listening. And, of course, Barbara's beautfil voice shines through. The Beatles songs themselves aremore…
