Description
Let me begin by saying that I am a big Barenaked Ladies fan, stretching all the way back to the first time I saw them in Toronto in '91 and bought their independently produced Yellow Tape. Having said this, I'm not going to gush about everything they release.
What seems clear with the `Are Men' is that they picked all of the best and most interesting songs for `Are Me' and this latter release is made up of the rest. This is a glorified B-Sides collection, the sort of tracks that would have been included with the CD singles back in the days of old. Don't get me wrong, BNL doing B-Sides is bettermore…
