Description
Jessica and David Clausen are a young upstart couple from New Jersey who inherit a beautiful $7 million dollar townhouse in NYC's West Village District from Jessica's long lost aunt. But,under New York State tax laws, "Inheritance tax" is almost 50% of the property value and due within 9 months after inheriting. Jessica and David, in short, can't keep the house. Forced to sell the place, they move in for a few months to make some renovations. But Jessica begins experiencing strange occurrences in the house: noises from downstairs, a blonde child in a red sweater looking at her from themore…
