To me, this album has always lived in the shadows of the one before (Leave a light on) and the one after (Watch me), which are my two favorite albums of Lorrie's. Nevertheless, there are many excellent songs on this collection too - it's not far behind the other two in its overall quality.The album starts with the wonderful ballad Autumn's not that cold, which was surely considered for a possible single release. It wasn't but the next four songs here (We both walk, Something in red, Except for Monday, A picture of me without you - a cover of a George Jones classic) were all major country hits.more…
