Weezy pops up for another solo project just over a year after releasing 'Tha Block Is Hot', an album which not only went platinum but also gave Wayne his props as a solo artist. His sophomore album 'Lights Out' will do no harm whatsoever to his reputation of one of the South's best rookie MC's. I ordered this album via Amazon and when it arrived i was like a cat on a hot tin roof ! I ran upstairs into my room and slammed it into my hifi like there was no tomorrow! What i was about to hear was of the hizook my nizook ! Weezy's wit and shines through on tracks like 'Shine' and the young lad evenmore… shows his sensitive side on an ode to his deceased father on track no. 5. His emotional tales are brilliant listening and reminded me of Pac's classic 'Dear Mama'. But don't panic Weezy Wee still likes to remind people that he is iced out fromk head to toe or like he puts it..."So many karats , im like a f***ing vegetarian"Pure class from the young gunm im sure his mum is very proad of him ! Buy this album, its a worthwhile purchase and just goes to show that the No Limit tank has come to a sudden halt. Forget Master P and his 'troops' make way for Cash Money....if you don't know now ya know - ya hoid mu ?!?!?!
