Description

This is an absolutely beautiful record. It comes far closer to what Gothic is than Sisters of Mercy, Fields of the Nephilim or any other band. Lacrimosa mix up rock guitar with delightful classical instrumentation (including wind) and choirs. It includes both male and female vocals. Lyrics are mostly in German with english translation in the sleeve. The cover art is pretty striking as well.
