Description
I don't claim to be Elton John's biggest fan. In fact, this is the only CD of his I own. After reading an article about early Elton recordings in Classic Rock magazine, I thought I'd buy a copy this album. I am certainly impressed. What you hear is a young man still hungry for success working very hard with a fabulous backing band. It is a very intimate show with only 100 or so in the audience. From the opening song to the final 18 minute version of Burning Down The Mission, this album is wonderful
