Description
This album released in 1974 was the first step in the short but relatively succesful career of the Scottish band Pilot. Recorded in the summer of '74 in the famous Abbey Road studios, it was felt at the time to be in fact a lightweight attempt to copy the later Beatles sound, it has however aged rather better than could have been expected. Certainly they went on to bigger things when the lead single, "January" from their second album "Second Flight" went to number 1 all around the world, that however is another story!
