Description
Icehouse was/is basically a vehicle for the products of the Australian musician Iva Davies. SIDEWALK was in my opinion Icehouse's best album (apart from the superb MEASURE FOR MEASURE). It was originally released in 1984 and resembles, to a fair degree, other popular artists of the time such as Bryan Ferry (eg Stay Close Tonight)and Simple Minds (eg Sidewalk) due to Iva Davies' astonishing vocal skill which changes dramatically from track to track!
