If Hawkwind hadn't already made an album with this name, it could quite easily have been called 'Astounding Sounds Amazing Music'. This album is quite simply brilliant, and very compelling. A double album when released, with over 80 minutes of music, many of the tracks are instrumentals, with plenty of atmospheric sounds. 'LSD' is particularly excellent, the sort of track that you want to keep on playing over and over again. 'The Secret Agent' reminds me of 'Flying Doctor' from the 'Hawklords' album of '78. 'Mask of the Morning' is a re-vamped version of 'Mirror of Illusion' from the first albummore…
