I really like this game. I'm amazed by people who complain that it's not like real tennis because... umm... IT'S NOT REALLY TENNIS!!!! It's just your TV and some plastic thing-a-ma-jigs. Deal with it.
I played tennis for years, and will never expect a video game to feel like the real game, but this is more fun than anything I ever played on a Playstation console. My only advice is to start the game in EASY mode and build your player's abilities before moving up. I started on MEDIUM and could barely win a point.
