Description
A timeless piece of work - I've listened to it for about 27 years now (true!), and I give it 5 stars without reservation. Of course tastes have change over the years, mine too, but this album has a basic, unadulterated and earthy quality about it that just doesn't seem to age. If music is about feeling and expression, feeling and drive, no frills and soul (even in the noisey crunchy bits) then this one has it all without any effort at all it seems. I've introduced it to friends - "Frankie who?"....ah well, that's life I guess. Really pleased I found this a long time ago...........
