After The Gathering, this was the second release I bought of Testaments. I didn't expect something exactly the same, and what I heard was a lot different indeed!! Upon reetrospect now, as i own everything this was, in fact a natural progression from Souls Of Black, and considering the unstable attitude of the group at this time it cam eout a lot better then it could have...The vocals again remind me why Chuck is such a good vocalist, and the technicality of the riffs showcaes a band at the height of their musical powers. The only problem with this, is that, me being quite the fan of the more thrashymore…
