I sampled this album whilst in America and I was really surprised by it! When I heard that the once rock styled Emo chick had become a pop diva I was worried... but her new style is refreshing and great sounding and as Christina Aguilera has recently shown us sometimes when an artsit changes style they can still maintain their reputation.

The first single from the album 'GIRLFRIEND' sound pop-like when first heard but really gets into your head and the line 'Don't pretend I think you know I'm damn precious and hell yeah I'm the mother - f*****g princess' shows that she's still the same old Avrilmore… that she used 2 be. There are many other great song such as 'I Can Do Better' which is really rocky and has a realy catchy rhythm. This album even includes the single which was released onto the Eragon album! In short although it may not appeal as much to Rock fans Avril fans won't be able to be parted from the great album!!!
