I LOVE Dolly Parton. Her voice, her songwriting and touching delivery make her one of the best recording artists around. But this budget CD doesn't really do her justice.The biggest crime of all is that the version of "I Will Always Love You" on this CD is not the exquisite 1974 original version but some later reworking that has all the power and beauty washed out of it. It has a lame muzak sound and even Dolly herself sounds like she can't be bothered to sing on it.Elsewhere, there's a nice mix of the hits and the slightly less well known, including the obligitory "9 to 5" which is alwaysmore…
