Description
DJ Pooh had been working as a producer for nearly ten years before releasing his debut album, Bad Newz Travels Fast. That time certainly helped him hone his skills as a producer and a musician, yet that doesn't necessarily make him a rapper. Although the sound of the record is superb, there are only a handful of fully realized songs on the albums. Pooh's production means the record is listenable, but the lack of consistent material means there's little reason to play anything but the singles on this over-long album.
