Delinquent Habits burst onto the rap scene in 1996 with their eponymously titled debut album, and were soon winning praise for their unique brand of funky Latino hip-hop, Here Come the Horns is the explosive follow-up. Still under the guidance of Cypress Hill's Sen Dog, we see the three in a much funkier mood and, as the name suggests, the album is peppered with samples of luscious Mexican horns.
