I've never been a huge fan of Spanish music. However, since Operacion TRiunfo (along the lines of Pop Idol) came to Spain sweeping everything with the strenght of a storm, nothing's been the same in the Spanish music scene. David Bisbal certainly was the second best voice to come out from that show, his voice is similar to Luis Miguel's but it sounds more fresh and new. This guy has an amazing personality and a brilliant voice. Even if you've never tried listening to music sung in other languages, this CD will surely suprise you. It definitely worth the money, one of the best CDs i've bought inmore… years. It has many powerful ballads as well as latin dancing songs very much in Ricky Martin's style but with a better sound and better vocals. I don't think i need to add anything else but that I'm completely captivated by David Bisbal's voice, and you should buy this album, sooner or later you'll hear of him i'm sure.He won this year Latin Grammy award for best newcomer and he got a nomination for best album, so it's more than proved that it's the album of the year in spain with more than 1,200,000 copies sold.
