Memory, it is said is a terrible liar; it takes everything out of perspective and, if not kept in check, can convince one to make the most alarming assumptions. Don't' worry, there is a point to all this rambling and the point is that I knew I needed to own "Faith"; I knew I needed it for a number of reasons, because it was The Cure, because I had last heard it several years ago and, most importantly, because I had completely forgotten what the album was like.
