Cephalic Carnage - Anomalies (2005) Retail CD
Description
Awesome stuff - showing more focus compared to previous offerings. Its still recognisably cephalic, but with less random jazzy rock outs and more leanings towards sludge, doom and stoner. Huge sound due to the excellent production, with giant riffs and amazing guttural vocals. My favourite tracks are 'piecemaker', 'inside is out' and 'dying will be the death of me'. Fans of the band will be happy, and newcomers should easily be won over. Grindcore is not dead!
