Although she scored only one Top 40 hit in the U.S. ("You're My World," 1964), Cilla Black was a major singing star in the U.K. in the mid-'60s. Hailing from Liverpool, she shared the Beatles' brain trust and even benefited from a few castoffs by John Lennon and Paul McCartney.
