Given that they've now been around for nearly 20 years you'd be expecting the Beastie Boys to be relaxing and acting their age. Not a chance! This fantastic single is led by an incessant loop which drives the track on whilst MCA, Ad Rock and Mike D put down some rhymes. As ever they manage to pack more energy, wit and cultural commentary into 4 minutes than Eminem and his affiliates do over a whole album. Ch-Check It Out could well be the first single off their last album and we really should appreciate a band who are still going but show no signs of exhaustion. The guvnors are back; vivamore…
