At 24 tracks this 2003 two-CD set is perhaps a bit skimpy — there's surely enough room to add a few tracks to each disc — but that's not the only problem with Africa. Of these 24 tracks, there are only a handful of big hits — the ubiquitous "Rosanna" and "Africa" plus "Georgy Porgy," and that's it — leaving many hits, like "Hold the Line" and "99," behind. In their place are a bunch of album tracks of varying quality, some very good, some just OK.
