Description
On Act Naturally, Buck Owens runs through his back catalog, re-making several of his classic hits and a handful of obscurities, as well as recording three unremarkable new songs. Though Buck is in fine voice and his backing band can replicate the twangy Bakersfield sound, the record's production is a little too thick, sterile and unaffecting to make the album consistently enjoyable.
