This was the first Bob Dylan I'd ever bought and it basically shocked me. I knew he was a legend and I knew he was ever popular but i didn't expect he would so brutally true and so honest with his lyrics. Don't think twice it's alright is so saddening..it's beautiful. "I gave her my heart but she wanted my soul, don't think twice it's alright" You've got the classics like Mr Tambourine Man, where if you listen to the lyrics you can almost feel the era it was written in. Acid highs "take me on a journey on a magic carpet ride" to blatent lows "I aint sleepy and there is no place I'm going to" Topmore… album written by a man who certainly doesn't get the credit he deserves. Better writing musically and lyrically (try playing any of his rifts on gutair and you'll know what I mean)than any artist of our time.. May Bob Dylan continue to inspire lyrics like his own..cause even though times are a changin ...i'll play this forever..
