An apt title if ever there was one. On their second CD, Blackstreet went from being just another Teddy Riley act to a serious soul contender. Part of the reason can be heard on "No Diggity": easily the best single of 1996, it married a slinky Delta riff to four-part harmonies and hip-hop swagger. But Blackstreet proved they were more than just a one-hit wonder, or Riley's talented puppets.
