1st of all you need her essential cd on Ace Records called "Queen Of Rockabilly", get that 1st, then buy this. This cd features Wanda sounding about 20 years yonger then she is! Her vocie is in fine shape, and in great control throughout this enjoyable session of good old fashioded rockabilly. 90 percent of this cd is rockin' hillbilly benbop(otherwise known as rockabilly), the other 10 percent is honky tonk country ballad stuff, that is forgettable, however it doesn't take away from this cd being a classic and historical release, showing Jackson hasn't lost a thing, she is energetic and swingin' as ever. There are some great photos of her in the jacket, where she is apparently in the Derby out in Hollywood. This is classic rockabilly, done perfectly, or at least good enough to satisfy Wanda's many 20 something pomadour wearing 55 Chevy friving young fans.
