I spent a year in Australia between 97 and 98 and was amazed by the wealth of talented rock bands out there that the rest of the world are missing out on. ( Probably due to the current obsession with dance etc) Double Allergic is varied album, some of it too hardcore for my taste but Living Type is written and sung with such feeling that for it alone it is worth buying the album. However it does contain other little beauties such as j.c. and Pick you up. Highly recommend and some day hopefully the rest of the planet will cop on to them!
