This is the last album released by ELO. They were popularly seen as dinosaurs at the time of its release and it was virtually ignored. Which is a great shame - it lives up to its name, driving along with a remarkably strong thrust. Perhaps 'Endless Lies' and 'Send It' are slightly weaker songs; maybe they cause the album to lose its way at the end a little. Nonetheless, the other songs are 100%. Listening to this album today makes one wonder if Jeff Lynne would have been better advised to continue developing ELO rather than concentrating upon the Travelling Wilburys and record production.
