Default Top 10 Uploaders
On the statistics page you can see the top 10 uploaders of the current month as well as the top 10 in total uploads since the site was started.
How about adding the top 10 for the largest number of uploads in any month. Basically the top 10 monthly upload record holders.
Then there could be friendly competition (no prize other than status) to try and get into the top 10 by doing more uploads.
