Hello Sentinel,
Good luck ... is indeed required here.

Naturally, all previous attempts to request a new Cover have failed... because the online request process is not working properly!!

Hence, my request was been posted here ? (at anothers suggestion to me)

Again, all real help... will be much appreciated.
