To be honest When i first heard this album i hated it, but you need to spend time with it. It will take more than six listens to get into this album, but don't let that put you off. I think many people find it hard to come to terms with meshuggah because they are so different to any other metal bands. A couple of months ago when i first bought this album i was like the guy below. To be honest i just forgot that i had it after a while. I then found it a couple of weeks later and put it on and i was intantly blown away by the music. I couldn't believe that i actually liked it so much despite hating it when i first listened to it. I think people new to meshuggah should start with destroy erase improve or catch 33 rather than chaosphere, because this album is quite hard to get into if your not familiar with meshuggah.
