Default One Lottery Prize Per Contest
For most folks winning a prize is impossible, in order to to get more uploads from more people, it would be a good idea to put at least on prize up for lottery for people who have uploaded a few covers (i dunno how about 10) with each contest.

I think alot more people would bother to upload a few covers if it means a chance in the lottery.

OK i guess i was a little behind, but i do think the lottery prize should not be awarded to folks who uploaded only one cover, that is just begging for cheats.

Perhaps the lottery prize should be awarded to 1 of the top 10 uploaders of the month.

I agree. I've been struggling to maintain a top ten position this month. It ain't been easy! Having to upload 200-300 covers or more in a month is a difficult task. Having a 1 in 7 chance to win the lottery would make everyone try a little harder! I know I would!

OK, but with some exceptions, we will do it for the top 20 uploaders and we will consider have two lottery prizes for the top 20 and for the rest.
